You never meet her. That absence is the point โ every thread in this story eventually leads back to the twin sister who disappeared before the game even begins.

Rattina's lore, from the start
Rattina is Ratthew's twin sister โ described by him as "the smart one in the family." She worked for the Animal Corporation before she vanished, sometime before the events of the game.
There is no confirmed physical description of her beyond a photo โ because as of this update, that photo is the only place she exists in-game.
The evidence in Room 5
Ratthew's farewell gift to the player is a key to a hidden safe in Room 5. Inside:
A photo of Rattina โ the only time you see her
A suitcase stamped TOP SECRET
A note: "The experiment was a success. The shadow now sees everything."
A missing Corporation employee, filed next to proof of a successful experiment that made a "shadow" see everything. The leading community theory is that the experiment created the Stalker โ and that Rattina either fled it, was silenced by it, or was part of making it happen. The game has not confirmed any of the three.
The Liz parallel
The July 10 update added Liz, a journalist fired from Animal Corp's own news channel for reporting on the anomaly infection. Two women, one company, one still active and one missing โ the pattern is consistent enough that most of the community reads Liz's arrival as connected to finishing what Rattina started.
Where Rattina sits in the Animal Corp web
Rattina is one of the 2 characters the game says actually worked for the Corporation. That is the strongest link anyone in this cast has โ everyone else is connected through a person, an object, or not at all.
The only character doing ordinary work for an ordinary reason. He is not investigating the Corporation โ he is looking for one specific criminal.
The briefcase nobody opens
One object shows up three separate times, and it is the same object each time: a black suitcase stamped TOP SECRET in red. It is never opened on screen.
Ron from Accounting carries one โ Same black case, same red stamp โ on a character whose job has nothing to do with medicine.
Three carriers, no contents. Treat any account of what is inside as invention โ the game has not shown it, and neither have we.
What Rattina knows, and what they do with it
Sorted by what each of them does with what they have, the cast falls into four positions โ and Rattina is in the one labelled knew, and is gone. It is the only position with one occupant, because it is not really a position โ it is an absence the other five keep pointing at.
Less than you do, by the time he arrives. He has a photograph and a name.
Asks his questions and acts on your answer โ which is why the choice lands on you rather than him.
๐ฎ Will she show up in-game?
Unknown, but the signals point that way: the developer keeps expanding the lore cast (Liz arrived barely two months after launch), Ratthew's storyline ends on her unresolved disappearance, and a fan-made Rattina UGC plushie already exists on the Roblox marketplace โ real evidence the community wants her story finished. If she appears in a future update, this page gets rewritten the same day.
Read her brother's story
Ratthew's full arc โ from anonymous rat to the source of the deepest lore reveal in the game.
Not yet. As of July 12, 2026 she's lore-only โ mentioned by her twin brother Ratthew, and shown only in a photo hidden inside the Room 5 safe.
What happened to Rattina?
Unconfirmed. She worked for the Animal Corporation and vanished. Her photo is filed next to proof of a 'successful experiment' that made a shadow 'see everything' โ the community theorizes she ran from it, was silenced by it, or was part of it, but the game hasn't said which.
Theories are labeled as theories, not fact. See the main wiki for shift-by-shift guides. Last checked: July 26, 2026.
